                          Its Friday the 13th

Well its happened once again. last Friday I was feeling weak and out of breath. So I went to the Wentworth Douglas Hospital in Dover N.H. I think the exact date was 3/08/2009. While in my room the first night they brought another man in with ashma. He and I caughed most of the night in good harmony, he was getting worse by the minute and around 6 AM outside our room was the nurses station and they were having a meeting with the changing of the shift. There were about 20 people in attendance. The man next to me was ringing his nurses call button for about 10 minutes, with no responce. So I went to the nurses station and told them the man was having severe breathing problems. The answer was they would be in shortly. The coughing and choking are getting worse, I went to the nurses station and told them for the second time that he was in serious trouble. All of a sudden all of the people from the meeting are in our little room. Mass confusion.

One of the first things they said was where is the respirator team. After about 10 minutes of looking for the respirator team, I said did you check the cafeteria? i dont think they liked that remark one bit. The respirator team was never found, then they start frantically looking for a respirator. I told them he had an inhaler in his draw but the hospital told him not to use it. Out came the inhaler and everything calmed dowm. Then the nurses finally came in with the respirator mask and all was good shortly

Well my finger is getting sore again. Come back tomorrow and hear the rest of my story about my stay at the Wentworth Douglas Hospital. It gets better.

Does anybody out there have something they want to say
