I have been reading and researching two areas in composting.

kitchen scarps veg, coffe grounds etc. I think I undestand this and will be moving foreward soon on this.

the second is the dog soon to be dogs if my wife finds a wheaton terrier puppy. The yard is a huge minefield. I saw an artile about doing the platic trash can thing with a rolling cover like in a restroom. they talk about sptic started and very little about worms. this would be used for flowers. u do not do any produce farming. are worms not acceptable for dog remains?

will worms multiply effectively to increase to increase kitchen garbage and dog(s) remains.

should I do two composts which is what I am thinking. I would have to in the winter anyway.

I think the worms are pretty safe, for now! My body-building friends are still chowing on egg whites and skinless chicken for the most part. I have watched the travel channel and watched people eat worms and caterpillars, but I don't think I'll be eating my composting worms yet- it would be like eating family. :)
